Everybody needs blank DVDs. Whether it is to burn your iPod Nano library so a friend can listen to it, “back-up” the latest movie you “bought” from Blockbuster, or whether you like to purposefully make useless DVDs because you are too cheap to go out to the store and get real coasters. TKD is my favorite blank DVD company, and I promise they will burn way better than those horrible Memorex ones you bought for twice the price at Best Buy.

Eragon is the first of three books in the Inheritance Trilogy. It is a great next step for someone who, like me, has finished reading a certain seven-book series and needs more. It was written by a seventeen-year-old, which makes it even more amazing. The writing isn’t Dickens, but anyone who likes The Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, and similar novels would appreciate it.

The hard-back version is being sold cheaper than at your local book store at Amazon.com, but you can also get all three books in paper-back for nearly the same price.

So, as further evidence of my utter nerdiness, I present to you recommendations for webcomics you should all read. Some of these are “joke a day” strips, others require you to go back to the beginning to understand the humor. I’d suggest reading through all of them anyway, cause they’re awesome.
